FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is included with my rental?
A driver will be included for all boat rentals (except Yamaha Waverunners).
All prices include gas, taxes, life jackets, and wet suits.
What can I bring on the boats?
You are welcome to bring a cooler with food and drinks aboard. Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and over. No glass bottles and pets allowed for safety reasons

What time should I arrive for my rental?
Please check in at the boat ramp 15-20 minutes prior to your rental time. We cannot extend you additional time if you're late. Timing is very important in our business, especially on weekends. All of our boats and jet skis are on a schedule. In most cases, there are other parties scheduled before you.
What happens if there is bad weather?
If it storms we may cancel, but in light rain we still go out. If we cancel due to weather, then we will refund you with a 10% card charge, or you can reschedule to different date this same season.
What is your refund policy?
Payment must be made to confirm boat reservation. All payments are fully refundable when cancellations are made 7 days or more before the rental date. Customer cancellation 6 days or less of before the rental date will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental.
Do I have to book my rental online?
Online reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot. Walk-ups are welcome based on availability.
